Smart Ultra is a cleaning solution for removing organic and inorganic residues from masonry. It will clean exceptionally dirty and discoloured masonry that has been affected by pollution.

Smart Ultra is not recommended on polished or glazed surfaces. The solution may attack metals.

Usage/dilutions:

• For porous Masonry dilute 1:3 solution to water.
• For non-porous Masonry dilute 1:4 solution so water
• Unpolished sandstone 8-12m2 per litre
• Unpolished granite 8-12m2 per litre
• Unpolished Slate 8-14m2 per litre

Always carry out a test on a small area first with the diluted sample.
In some cases, it may be necessary to dilute further with water.

Special Note
Dilute with fresh water to avoid lightening the colour of the masonry.
Always add Smart Ultra to water (not the other way round)

Application:

1. Wet the surface with clean water
2. Apply the cleaning solution using a brush or low-pressure spray
3. Allow the solution to stay on the surface for up to 10 minutes and reapply.
4. Scrub/agitate very dirty areas
5. Do not allow the solution to dry on the surface
6. Rinse with water carefully to remove the solution
7. Apply high-pressure spray to the surface from the bottom to the top

Beware of contact with skin, ensure skin is fully covered. Refer to safety instructions over-leaf. Read detailed MSDS information before use. We strongly recommend having a tube of antidote cream for Hydrofloric Acid available

Operating conditions:

Concentration as supplied – Cold/ambient temperature, not below freezing as this will affect the performance. The solution is brushed on or using a low-pressure sprayer. Solutions are washed off using a pressure washer as instructed.

Ingestion: DO NOT induce vomiting, drink 1 – 2 glasses of water, seek medical attention
Skin Contact: Wash off immediately with plenty of soap and water, remove contaminated clothing, flush skin with running water. Seek medical attention if irritation or symptoms persist

Eye Contact: Rinse continuously with water for at least 15 minutes, holding the eyelids open. Seek medical attention. If can be done easily done remove contact lenses.
Spills/leaks: Absorb on inert absorbent and transfer to a container. Prevent spillage from entering natural waters/land drains.

FIRE: Use water fog or fine water spray. Emergency workers to wear full protective clothing including breathing apparatus.
